Our last morning on the Kodiak flats on the Uganik River coincided with the first day of Autumn. We had a cold snap the day before and had snow on the beach. We landed on the river shore to soft diffused morning light coming over the mountain and frost reflecting the light with beautiful specular highlights. Taken with the Nikon Z9 and Nikkor 800mm 5.6.
