So this has turned out to be one of the most picturesque locations I have seen in the US. Miles and miles of cut wheat fields throughout eastern Washington and Idaho. Known as the Palouse, they are known for their wheat and legume production. In the fall, the cereals turn yellow and with the browns from the other fields, remind me of rye bread. The skies and the clouds aren’t disappointing either. This is my first day and excited that I will get to spend a few more days here.
