One of my favorite places to photograph birds in South Florida. Wakodahatchee Wetlands gives us a great variety of birds. The venue is actually a treatment facility that returns water back in to the water table. A boardwalk give you an eye level view of vegetative islands with great perches to view and photograph wildlife. This week the grackles have been particularly active bouncing from perch to perch giving great photographic opportunities. Taken with the Nikon D6 and Nikkor 800mm. I got mine at Bedford Camera.
